CANCELLATIONS
I understand how busy life can be and that not all clients can keep their appointments. I simply ask that you provide 24 hours notice If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that I can adjust my day and that would be most appreciated.
Late cancellations and 'no show' appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
LOYALTY SCHEME
At The Beauty Lodge Spa, there are a couple of ways that I give back to my clients as a way of saying 'thank you'.
- For every £20 spent on treatment, you receive a loyalty stamp. Collect 10 stamps and you will receive a £5 voucher to spend on any treatment.
- For every new client you introduce and who has a treatment at The Beauty Lodge Spa, you receive 10% discount off your next treatment and your friends will also get 10% OFF their first treatment.
